BreatheSync is a simply designed iPhone app that helps you get in sync wherever you are. It picks up your pulse through your finger on the iPhone camera lens, analyses it and gets you breathing in sync with your heart. We call this synchronised biofeedback breathing. Youll call it a great way to feel great fast.

After only 1-3 minutes you will feel more centred, more relaxed and more able to think clearly. BreatheSync directly affects your Autonomic Nervous System which helps reduce your stress levels.

It is also the worlds first biofeedback breathing app that also gives you a well-being score, your WQ, so you can track your progress. Your WQ is based on your pulse rate variation, which is affected by your nervous system, and gives a good indication of your inner well-being.

Great Job!
This is a fantastic app. Ive tried more than a dozen different HRV apps and products. This one is simply elegant, and helps me get into "coherence" quickly. I love that it doesnt require any external hardware, so my control of my sympathetic response is always in my pocket at a moments need.
Love this App
I use this app everyday - before meetings, at the end of the day, on the train etc. It is amazing what 3 mins focused on your breath can do to improve a moment. Beautifully designed. Easy to use. An incredibly useful tool to inspire 3 mins of mindfulness during the day. Youll love it.

Use Breathe Sync to calm your nerves
Breathe Sync takes your iPhone to the next level of healthcare. No external sensors are required. Placing your finger over your camera flash/light area, Breathe Sync takes your pulse as you breathe deeply. At the end of the timer, you get a score that tells you how relaxed you are. Over time, you can increase your relaxation score by regularly using the app — getting your pulse lowered by deep breathing. Helps to do this right before a big presentation! Love this app.
Frustrating app
Its an interesting idea, but the "guided breathing" dimly doesnt work - half the time it ends up trying to make me hyperventilate. And the "WQ" so-called measurement has no bearing whatsoever to anything Im experiencing. Ive tried it a dozen times, Ive gone through the guide and website, and it still seems totally random. This app is so frustrating, Im MORE stressed out every time I use it.
